Our initiatives and programs will;

Proactively consider the interests of society at large, serve society in an ethical and lawful manner
Operate in an environmentally friendly manner.
Promote positive ethical behavior throughout our sphere of influence (i.e. towards the environment, community, customers, employees and shareholders).
Consider the social impacts of the activities, events, presentations, services/products throughout the full life cycle
Ensure activities respect, promote and advance internationally recognized principles for organizational governance; and not indulge in any form of corruption, including extortion and bribery.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility programs align with our business expertise and leverage our core competence to improve the communities in which we operate. Our activities include employee volunteer initiatives, all centered around financial literacy and inclusion for the Nigerian populace.

Visit to 65 schools – Primary & Secondary schools nationwide
Over
60 volunteers participated PAL Wide
Educated over 6000 students across Nigeria with sound educational materials csrvid2(small).mp4 on the importance of saving
Distributed learning materials, gifts, refreshments to both students and teachers
Exposing 15 of the best participating students from various schools visited to the corporate environment with the PAL Pensions Job Shadow day.
